LIABILITY WAIVER:

In consideration of this registration by Tunnel Town Curling Club, I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE & FOREVER DISCHARGE Tunnel Town Curling Club and each of its members, volunteers, officers and employees FROM ANY & ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions & causes of action, whether in law or equity in respect of death, injury, loss or damages to myself or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the Tunnel Town Curling Club AND NOTWITHSTANDING that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid.

BY CLICKING BELOW AND SUBMITTING THIS REGISTRATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD & AGREED to the above WAIVER and the Terms and Conditions. I WARRANT that I am physically fit to participate in the activities of the Club.
